Troop 11′s Latest Eagle Scout

Congratulations to Troop 11′s latest Eagle, Ryan Hehir! Frustrated by some last-minute scrambling with wrong dates on paperwork, he finally got everything straightened out and passed his Board of Review with flying colors.
